Job Description:

The Travel Agency Internship is for independent-minded students looking for real, international work experience to add to your resume. You will have a great opportunity to become bi-lingual in English if you apply yourself. This job will include answering phones, assist the Event Planners with events and travel arrangements for clients, update Facebook, Twitter and website, sending out travel mailings and all other office administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be:

• 18+ yrs of age
• Professional appearance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

You must be a team player, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills as well a creative mind, also must be able to pay attention to the needs of the clients when assisting them with event planning or travel needs.
