Our non-profit studio is seeking a smart, creative and self-motivated Photo Intern with strong graphic design skills to join our team. As a vital part of our team, you will be under the direction of the Marketing Manager, and will have project and deadline management responsibility for various design, writing and production projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Edit photos and manage YMCA photo gallery
• Administrative duties including filing print samples and other duties as assigned
• Manage our database of print and digital photos for distribution and display
• Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, design flyers, posters, brochures and postcards
• Help write copy and organize content for Association website
• Update current printed pieces to enhance brand consistency

Key skills for this intern include:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Photography or Art
• Proven design, writing and proofreading skills
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FrontPage)
• Outstanding communication, organization, project/time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
