An invaluable opportunity to work for a major innovator in PR within their accounts team and to support them in the following tasks.

• Preparing press kits.
• Writing and laying out of various captions for products, people and corporate matters.
• Beginning to learn how to write Press releases and product background
• Develop knowledge of relevant target audience and clients’ overall business objectives.
• Starting to develop a knowledge of and relationship with the press.
• Prepare for client meetings.
• Help to co-ordinate props and styling, etc for photography sessions.
• Assist your line manager in organising media events, lunches, dinners and briefings.
• Support the team in implementing work on the accounts on a daily basis.
• Research relevant areas for new business pitches.
• Support the team in preparing for new business pitches.
• Prepare first drafts of agendas, contact reports and activity reports, etc.
• Help maintain monthly client expenses.
• Maintain the current mailing lists and client, media and release databases.
• Provide general administrative help to the account team.
• Monitor, collate and present media coverage.
