Job Description:

This freight and cargo company is looking for a successful International Trade Intern who can use their own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of their own work. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, driven student who is considering a future career in any form of international trade involving the transport of goods and services across international lines. The intern will be asked to regularly complete the following tasks as they support the product management team and interface with internal departments:

• Responsible for collating and creating technical documentation to be used by internal and external customers as “front line support”
• Maintaining the technical library for the Displays Division
• Co-ordinate Pre-Sales materials
• Build demonstration kits and prototypes
• Work closely with logistics team, assisting with prototype builds and testing
• Assist in contacting and communicating with clients
• Support logistics team in communicating with international shippers and clients
