Job Description:

The Hotel Management Intern will assist the Project Coordinators and Project Management team. The position involves learning the hotel industry and business from a managerial perspective.

Responsibilities for this internship will include:

• Research and update information in the Harp database
• Contact suppliers regarding RFPs, hotel contacts, rates, amenities, etc.
• Interact with our Hotel Data Center and our technology team as requested
• Provide status updates to the Project Coordinators and Project Management team
• Run reports as requested
• Analyze and benchmark client and supplier data
• Assist in developing client, supplier, and internal presentations

Job Requirements for this internship include:

• Advanced Microsoft Office application knowledge specifically in Excel
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Must be able to quickly learn new tools and processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Some destination/travel knowledge preferred
