Job Description:

The Hotel Reception Internship will assist the front office agents at our fine hotel. This can be an amazing job experience for someone who wants to gain hands on experience in the hotel management field to add to their resume.

Duties will include:

• Greeting and welcoming arriving guests as they enter the hotel
• Interacting with the guests on a daily basis
• Providing courteous and efficient service pertaining to any needs that our guests may have
• Assisting both arriving and departing guests with proper room assignments
• Assisting with property information
• Assisting with billing information
• Ensuring all activities are meeting hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction
