Job Description:

Production Line Interns will gain valuable experience in clothing manufacturing processes. Interns will utilize industry specific design software to help compare actual and forecast product demands by customers and by label product lines. Interns will assist with the following:

• Forecasting ideal stock levels and raw material
• Analyzing labor requirements and shift patterns
• Master scheduling
• Analysis of changeover times

Successful interns will possess the following qualifications:

• Must be mature
• Self-starting
• Work well with others as well as independently
• Have a great fashion sense
• Have a great desire to learn about the fashion industry
• Must be detail oriented and organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of more advanced programs (Photoshop, Access) is helpful but not required
• Knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in the industry are a must
