What is an internship placement?

Originating in the United States, the idea of the internship placement was to provide high flying students with work experience opportunities prior to or upon completion of their degree studies before they entered the workforce. Today the Internship concept has been embraced by the European Union since it is universally accepted that internship programmes are an excellent educational experience for the student whilst providing a valuable contribution to the employer's workforce. In Britain more and more firms are realising the benefits of accepting an intern.

Interns come from all over the world, some have fluent English and others just a smattering: in any event your intern can contribute positively to your business.
